The HP OMEN 16 gaming laptop gives us pretty much everything we could ask for in a sub-$1000 package. It’s equipped with a 16″ 1080p 165Hz IPS display, Intel Core i7-14700HX CPU, GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, 16GB of DDR5-5600MHz RAM, and a 1TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. The 14th gen Intel Core i7-14700HX processor has a max turbo frequency of 5.5GHz with 20 cores and 28 threads.
