Liverpool do not want to sell Harvey Elliott in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. While the Premier League leaders will reluctantly accept a bid for Elliott if it is too good to turn down, the Merseyside club are not actively looking to offload the 22-year-old.
Elliott has been on the books of Liverpool since 2019 when he joined the Reds after leaving Fulham. The 22-year-old is a versatile attacking player who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger. The England Under-21 international has scored 14 goals and given 19 assists in 142 appearances for Liverpool so far this season.
The youngster has struggled to play regularly for Liverpool this season. Elliott has made only 23 appearances for Arne Slot’s side, scoring four goals and providing two assists in the process. The England Under-21 international has given one assist in 13 Premier League matches for Liverpool this season, as the Reds look set to become the champions of England.
