Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan, is wanted in Florida following his recent assault arrest a few states over.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, an arrest warrant was issued for Michael last week after he was taken into custody in Texas.
The warrant is related to a 2022 probation agreement in Palm Beach, where he pled guilty to five counts of patient brokering.
Michael received four years of probation after being caught pocketing money for referring patients to a particular rehab facility.
However, his recent run-in with the law seemingly violated the terms of his probation agreement. It’s unclear when — or if — he will be extradited to the Sunshine State.
Reps for Michael did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
The father of seven was arrested last month after allegedly getting physical with his estranged wife, Kate Major.
He was taken into custody on a felony assault charge due to “continuous violence against the family.”
At the time, a spokesperson for the Harris County Sheriff’s Office told Page Six that Major, 42, was at a doctor’s office when she spotted Michael in the parking lot.
Major called the police and filed a report with the responding officer, alleging that he had flipped her out of a chair a few days before.
One of the deputies saw bruising on Major’s body and Michael was arrested without incident.
Michael, who was held on a $30,000 bond, later claimed his estranged wife had set him up, claiming she had “been threatening to get [him] violated on probation for a long time.”
“Kate Lohan has a lengthy criminal history of alcohol-related crimes and domestic violence,” F. Andino Reynal told us in a written statement before referencing her 2023 DUI conviction and past domestic violence arrest.
“Kate Lohan had been living in Mr. Lohan’s Guest House,” he added. “Mr. Lohan was concerned that Kate was continuing to drink and asked her to leave. These charges followed. Our understanding is that Kate’s accusations are not corroborated by any credible evidence, and we expect that these charges will be dismissed once the facts come to light.”
However, a source close to Major told TMZ she was scared for her life and trying to protect their children: sons Landon, 12, and Logan, 10.
Days later, Major was granted an emergency protective order against her estranged husband. Under the PO, Michael cannot harass her or come within 200 feet of her home or job.

Michael and Major tied the knot in 2014 but have been estranged since 2018. The two have had several run-ins with the law due to domestic violence in the years since their split.
In July 2018, Major was arrested for domestic battery after allegedly hurling a glass candle at her husband. However, she wasn’t officially charged.
One year later, she pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after attacking a bus driver and trying to commandeer the occupied vehicle.
Then, in 2020, Michael found himself behind bars for getting “verbally and physically” abusive with his estranged wife.
Cops were also called last year after Michael, who has a varied rap sheet stretching back to 1990, and Major got into a heated confrontation in the middle of the road.
Along with his two children with Major, Michael also shares Lindsay, 38, Michael Jr., 37, Aliana, 31, and Dakota, 28, with ex-wife Dina Lohan and Ashley, 29, with Kristi Kaufmann.
